12. Payment & Billing Policy
This section outlines Omni Hotelier’s policies regarding billing, subscription, and payment processing for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.
12.1 Subscription & Billing Terms
Omni Hotelier operates on a subscription-based model. Customers are billed in accordance with the agreed subscription plan, which may be monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Billing cycles start from the activation or renewal date of the service.
- All fees are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
- Invoices are sent via email and/or through the customer dashboard.
12.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank transfer to the designated company account
- Virtual account (BCA, Mandiri, etc.)
- Payment gateway via third-party processors (Xendit)
All payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
12.3 Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise in your agreement:
- Invoices are due within 7 calendar days from the invoice date.
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of service access until payment is received.
- A reminder notice will be issued prior to any account deactivation.
12.4 Refunds & Cancellations
Omni Hotelier operates under a no-refund policy for subscription services that have already been activated and delivered.
However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- The service is proven to be non-functional and cannot be restored within 14 business days.
- The customer submits a written refund request to ar@omnihotelier.com within 10 days of the billing date.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused service periods.
12.5 Service Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment is not received after the due date and after at least one reminder:
- Services may be suspended without further notice.
- Data access may be temporarily restricted.
- Full access will be restored only after payment is confirmed.
Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 calendar days may be subject to termination, and associated data may be permanently deleted.
12.6 Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at accounting@omnihotelier.com. Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
