The History of Omni Hotelier
Since 2007, we have been working as an Indonesia representative booking engine from Australia called Globekey. However, in 2017 Globekey was acquired by Siteminder. Hence, we decided to build our own booking engine and channel manager system in 2017 with the intention of building a tourism ecosystem in Indonesia. Needless to say, OmniH is still very young, but we have a lot of experiences in the online booking system.
Dewa Lipur is a professional in the hospitality industry. He had been working as a reservation manager at a 5-star hotel in Sanur, Bali, for more than 15 years. In 2006, he pioneered as an Indonesian Representative of booking engine products from Australia called Globekey. For that, he gained many users from more than 1000 hotels in Indonesia. When Globekey was acquired by Siteminder in 2017, he decided to build Omni Hotelier with his experiences.
Anggha Sanjaya is very active in the IT community in Denpasar, Bali, one of which is incorporated in the Facebook Developer Circle. Previously, he builded a CRM system named Kul-Kul but failed in the second year. However, it did not break his spirit, as he is finally able to complete the engine booking system in just one year.
Dewa Wahyu is a Bachelor of Information Management who has experience in building startups in 2016. He used the experience to build Omni Hotelier. Besides, he also has experience as a Support and Web Master for a booking engine from Australia called Globekey for 6 years.
